Trauma
Trauma can be experienced in many forms, whether that is witnessing a highly stressful event which overwhelms your ability to cope, a medical diagnosis or injury or be a direct or indirect relational experience including abuse, neglect and bereavement. However you experience trauma it can manifest into many ways which affect the way you continue to live your life.

As a holistic therapist I will explore together with you using modern day trauma techniques, the impact this has had on your body and mind to recalibrate how you manage stress, anxiety, panic attacks and relationships.
