Bereavement and loss can be one of the most challenging life changing experiences that a human being lives through. Shock, denial, longing, despair and anger are just some of the feelings and emotions you may be able to relate to.

In my practice I work through where you are at in this moment in time and support you with every emotion you encounter. The therapy I offer enables a healthy grieving process where each emotion is validated, heard and considered. Learning to live differently can be challenging and by processing each feeling that is held in the body and mind a new path is possible to find.
Relationships are not always plain sailing, you may be in a marriage that is far from perfect, have family that are not able to understand how life is for you or be struggling to engage in any connections which may be reducing your life’s fulfilment. As therapy is a relational experience I look at supporting your self development enabling you to have choices in your future where as presently you may feel you have none.
